1. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting a quote, booking a service, or otherwise engaging Yanex Prime Technical Services LLC ("Yanex Prime", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes once a technician is on-site, and any changes will be communicated before additional work proceeds.

3. Scheduling & Access

Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property for scheduled work. Delays caused by restricted access may result in rescheduling.

4. Warranty

Workmanship warranties are provided as specified in your written quote or service agreement. Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, unrelated third-party work, or normal wear and tear.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your quote or Annual Maintenance Contract. Late payments may result in suspension of scheduled or ongoing services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Yanex Prime's liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the value of the service in question, except where prohibited by UAE law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
